Core Responsibilities
- Managing a roster of creators across B2B, tech, AI, STEM, parenting, or cuisine
- Running campaigns end-to-end on the talent representation and influencer marketing side
- Building and maintaining relationships with brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers
- Cross-selling and collaborating across the team
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing creators across any vertical
- An existing book of business or roster you can speak to
- Established brand and agency relationships
- Someone who leads with honesty
- A desire to grow, build, and have a real voice in shaping this company
