Question 1

What is B2B talent management for creators?

Accepted Answer

B2B talent management for creators means representing creators as full businesses, not just individual influencers — helping them build brand partnerships, speaking engagements, products and media alongside the sponsored content most agencies focus on.

Question 2

How is Drive different from a traditional talent agency?

Accepted Answer

Traditional agencies typically focus on landing one-off brand deals. Drive represents the whole career — partnerships, speaking, publishing, products and long-term strategy — treating each creator as a growing business, not a single revenue stream.

Question 3

What types of creators does Drive represent?

Accepted Answer

Creators across AI, business, marketing, leadership, food, parenting, style, lifestyle and culture — from LinkedIn-first experts to YouTubers and podcasters. What matters is a real point of view and momentum worth building on, not a follower count.

Question 4

Do you only work with B2B creators?

Accepted Answer

No. We're known for representing experts in tech, AI and business, but we work with any creator ready to build beyond sponsored posts — including lifestyle, food, parenting and culture creators with strong, engaged audiences.

Question 5

When should a creator consider talent representation?

Accepted Answer

The clearest signal is a repeated pattern of legitimate interest from reputable brands, platforms or media — not one inquiry, but a pattern. If you're already generating real revenue and need better judgment on which opportunities to pursue, that's usually the right time.

Question 6

Does Drive work with creators outside the US?

Accepted Answer

We're US-based and represent primarily US creators, but we work with brand partners globally and are open to creators worldwide who fit our roster.
